What is Triogency Quote Manager?

Triogency Quote Manager adds a complete B2B quote workflow to your WooCommerce store. Customers add products to their cart and request a custom price quote. You review it, set your prices per item, and send it back. The customer selects what they want and pays — all within your store.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work without WooCommerce?

No. Triogency Quote Manager requires WooCommerce to be installed and active. A clear admin notice will appear if WooCommerce is missing.

Can guest customers request quotes without an account?

Yes. Guests enter their name and email on the form and receive all email notifications exactly like registered customers.

Can a customer accept only some of the quoted items?

Yes. The quote view page shows a checkbox next to each item. The customer ticks only the items they want to purchase.

What happens when a customer accepts a quote?

A WooCommerce order is created automatically with quoted prices applied. The customer is redirected to the WooCommerce payment page immediately.

Can I change the cart button text?

Yes. Go to WooCommerce → Quote Settings and update the Cart Button Label field. Plain text and emoji are both supported.

How long are quotes valid?

By default, quotes expire 7 days after the admin sends them. Configurable under WooCommerce → Quote Settings → Quote Expiry (days).

Is it compatible with the Woodmart theme?

Yes. Triogency Quote Manager is tested and confirmed compatible with the Woodmart WooCommerce theme.
